We are looking for a motivated and passionate Contents Project Manager to join our Concraft team in Auburn Hills, MI. If selected, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire content restoration process for residential and commercial properties. You will be the direct contact for customers to ensure the process runs smoothly and efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience. You will work closely with a team of highly trained technicians, account representatives, estimators, and other staff to ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained. The successful candidate will also have excellent problem-solving skills and be comfortable dealing with complex projects.

$60,000 - $85,000 yearly

• Establish standards and best practices for project management, process improvement, and customer service.
• Collaborate with clients and their insurance carriers to understand their needs and expectations in regard to content restoration services.
• Manage and coordinate the restoration and replacement of contents for clients in the wake of a disaster.
• Monitor progress and take corrective action when necessary to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
• Prepare weekly and quarterly reports for management to measure project effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure attention to detail when packing and cleaning personal property.
• Train technicians in all aspects of personal property restoration.

• Have a minimum of three years of content restoration experience
• Possess IICRC certification as FSRT, OCT, and/or CPT
• Demonstrate familiarity with property restoration processes
• Possess strong verbal and written communication proficiency
• Exhibit a customer-focused attitude and approach
• Display the ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize obligations, and effectively troubleshoot
• Show mastery of MS Office Suite applications
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
