- Position Manager Administrator in support of the recruitment team
- IHA Form A and Form B Turnover Statistics - Quarterly Submission
- Run monthly RN license verification report through IDFPR

- HR Associate - Front Desk back-up

- HR Process Improvement
- HR Policy and Procedure Administrator
- Employee Health
- Participate in committees as assigned
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous Human Resources experience preferred; Healthcare experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Windows based computer systems; Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and coordinate projects
