We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our healthcare team. The Dietitian will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing and implementing dietary plans, and providing nutritional counseling to promote overall health and well-being.
Scheduled Hours: 32 hours weekly
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' nutritional status and needs
- Develop personalized dietary plans based on patients' health needs and dietary restrictions
- Provide health coaching and education on nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle modifications
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust dietary plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay updated on the latest research in nutrition and dietetics
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation for nutritional assessment
- Strong health coaching abilities to guide patients in making healthy choices
- In-depth knowledge of physiology to understand the impact of diet on the body
- Experience with tube feeding and specialized diets such as aliment administration
