Overview: RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is excited to offer an opportunity for a Clinical Registered Dietitian to join our team. This role allows flexibility and a balanced blend of in-person and remote work, ensuring our patients receive the best care while our team enjoys a work-life harmony.
Schedule: 3hrs/week completed remotely via telehealth One 8hr on-site visit per Quarter
Flexibility: Choose your days and hours. Only 1 onsite visit required per Quarter, remaining hours are completed remotely via telehealth.
Compensation: $30.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience
Travel Reimbursement: Paid at the same hourly rate for time traveling to and from the facility
Mileage Reimbursement: Paid at $0.5/mile
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree, majoring in food and nutrition
- Current state licensure/certification (if mandated by the state)
- Registered with the Commission on Dietetics Registration
- Familiarity with state survey processes and adhering to nutrition care regulations
- Competency in electronic charting systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments
- Offer specialized support for tube feedings
- Communication with IDT
- Deliver nutritional counseling and educational sessions for residents and their families
- Ensure compliance with DOH/state/federal regulations and uphold company standards
- Work autonomously without the need for regular training or direction

- Clinical Expertise: Ability to apply MNT to develop personalized nutrition plans for patients with various conditions.
- Assessment & Planning: Nutritional assessments, individualized care plans, collaboration with healthcare team.
- Communication & Relationships: Patient education, diverse populations, building rapport with residents and staff.
- Additional Skills: Food service, regulations, EHR proficiency, quality improvement (consider adding research, wound care, or dysphagia management as desired).
