Chiropractic Clinic hiring Front Office Assistant

Our Chiropractic Center has an opening for a full-time and part-time Chiropractic Assistant. Our busy NE Portland clinic is seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team! This position is one of the most important in our office, and if you love working with people in a warm healing environment, this is the position for you!

What does the position entail?

Above all, help provide amazing service to our patients. This position is our face of the office so to speak, and you are the person that patients encounter first. You will be working in our front office area with the following responsibilities:

• Making appointments
• Greeting patients with a SMILE.
• Answering phones & responding to text and emails
• Digital filing
• Electronic Health Record management
• Collect payments and post transactions
• Help manage patient flow when they enter office
• Educate patients about their insurance coverage

The ideal candidate for this position:

• A love for working with people
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Great oportunity for nurse assistant, medical assistant looking to serve in the holistic health community.
• Previous chiropractic, medical, massage or physical therapy experience helpful but not required.

Salary: $18-$20/hr to start depends on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
