MyTeam Medical Staffing Services seeks to fill six (6) Medical Reception positions. Clinics seek Medical Receptionists who have strong customer service skills and can work as part of a team. Medical Receptionist will have a minimum of 1 years of current physician office or clinic experience working a as a Medical Receptionists. Positions have excellent benefits and working environments.
Locations:
- Milwaukie - Primary Care (Starting at $18.50)
- Sellwood - Primary Care, Pediatrics ($17-$20)
- NW Portland - Cardiology ($18-$21)
- NE Portland - Orthopedic ($19-$22)
- Tigard - Primary Care ($17-$23)
JOB DUTIES:
- Schedule appointments and handle appointment reminder calls
- Check in patients, and collect money
- Handle filing and medical records
- Chart prep for next day, mail and other basic front desk responsibilities
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- COVID vaccine proof
- A minimum of 1-year current physician office or clinic experience
