Our Full-Time Receptionist plays a significant role in part on our Service Team because they are the face and the voice. Your job would revolve heavily around customer service. The ideal candidate would have a bright personality and previous experience operating a phone system and computer.

Full-Time Receptionist Job Responsibilities

• Scheduling customers into our online system.

• Assisting with customer rentals.

• Delivering world-class customer service in a fast-paced work environment.

• Proactive outbound service scheduling.

• Answering phone and email correspondence.

Full-Time Receptionist Qualifications

• Prior experience in either a Reception, Call Center, or BDC Representative Role.

• Professional appearance and behaviour.

• Computer and phone literacy.

• Phone etiquette and communication skills.

Corporate hiring requirements: 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver's license, able to pass criminal background, and drug screen - THC not screened for.
