We are looking for someone who is passionate about Maintenance/Property Management and desires the opportunity to expand their construction and maintenance skills with our growing company. As a Maintenance Technician you would have a vital role in the success of the company’s property portfolio and overall operations with the opportunity for growth.

Job Functions:

This full-time maintenance and construction position opening is responsible for safely maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the company properties. He or she should be able to diagnose problems and make repairs in the following areas: HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, among others. Maintenance technicians are also expected to be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use of hand and power tools. HVAC certification is a plus. In addition to the above maintenance duties, the maintenance technician is responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the company properties including the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, parking lots, other common areas, etc.. Proper accounting of time sheets, expenses, etc. is essential. This position is also responsible for adhering to the company operating and safety policies and procedures as well as adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws. The maintenance technician will also be required to assist on company construction projects as needed.

Job Qualifications:

· A minimum of three to five years maintenance/construction experience preferred

· A valid driver’s license is required

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· Ability to work with a diverse group of people (property managers, customers/tenants, vendors, suppliers, clients, owners, etc.)

Work Schedule: 7:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday. On-call will be required.

Other: A team player with a positive attitude is a must. Credit and criminal background check required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour
