Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and implement solutions
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or property management in a timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Fabricate or repair equipment parts as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills:
- Strong technical skills in various areas of maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants, property management, and external contractors
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Leadership qualities to supervise and coordinate with external contractors
