We are looking for a Seasoned Telecom Technician with Management and Sales skills for DFW Metroplex. A qualified candidate will have the skills to assist the company in further expansion and company growth into the DFW marketplace. This is an Operations - Sales Management as well as a Field Technician position.

Security, Business Telecom, telephone systems, or VOIP experience a must. Duties include Field Tech installation and service as well as Customer Service, Inventory Management, Employee scheduling, answering incoming customer calls, logging technicians in and out of jobsites with customers, managing inventory levels, picking up materials or delivering materials to job sites, verifying technician daily logs, tracking employee hours, scheduling and dispatching technicians, and providing reports to management.

Technician duties include: Establishes communications systems by installing, operating, and maintaining Voice, Data, CCTV, and Access Control telecommunications network circuits and equipment. The telco work includes installation of equipment (modems, routers, switches), Demarc extensions, Site cabling, System Installations, as well as working with customer help desks to configure equipment. Requirements: Own a vehicle, 6-8' ladder, Hand Tools, Smartphone, and Laptop computer. Possess a high level of independent judgment within established procedures.

Position requires daily travel to work sites using employees own vehicle. Must possess a valid driver's license and proof of insurance, Reliable transportation, Speak English and provide excellent customer service.

Pay commensurate with experience

Hourly, plus commissions, plus vehicle mileage reimbursement, plus expenses.
