We are seeking an Associate Healthcare Recruiter to join our team! You will perform activities to help recruit healthcare physicians and providers.

Associate Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and gather information
• Extensive phone work required - 120-140 phone calls a day
• Validate and correct phone numbers and email addresses
• Pass leads to site recruiting team
• Provide management with requested reports and documents

Associate Healthcare Recruiter Qualifications:

• Strong Work Ethic
• Self Starter
• Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, Internet
• Ability to build rapport
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This position is an in office position and will be located in our Flower Mound TX office.
