Concord Central Dental is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Concord, MA

Front Desk Receptionist

Concord Central Dental is a dental office in Concord, MA. We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to serve as our first point of contact for our patients and to provide excellent customer service. Dental office receptionist experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will be friendly, energetic, organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and schedule appointments
  • Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate staff
  • Check patients in and out; collect payment and run scans
  • Obtain patient consent; complete HIPAA documentation and HIPAA compliance
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing documents, typing letters, scanning documents, and performing simple math calculations
  • Answer simple phone calls, schedule appointments, and return messages
  • Ensure patient satisfaction by responding quickly and professionally to patient inquiries and complaints
  • Contribute to a positive team environment
  • Provide professional customer service to all patients

Skills & Requirements

  • Must be friendly, outgoing, outgoing phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable with computers and have basic knowledge of office management systems (e.g., EMR)
  • Experience with dental software (e.g., DentCAM) preferred but not required.
  • Dentistry-oriented is a plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
