Job Summary:

This is a full- time position including working closely with a small, dedicated team with ambitious goals for growth & scaling.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our Client Advising team as a Jewelry and Diamond Client Advisor. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for maintaining personal relationships with clientele as you advise them through the custom creation process from diamond selection through ring delivery.

Successful candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as there is significant contact with clients and vendors. Successful candidates must demonstrate ability to work well on a small team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including retail clients, jewelers, and other industry professionals.
• Actively engage potential clients to drive sales growth and expand market reach.
• Provide product knowledge and guidance to clients, assisting them in selecting the perfect pieces for their special occasions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and exceptional customer service.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale assistance.
• Attend private events held by the company, trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and build strategic partnerships.
• Sell CD’s merchandise to private clients worldwide, and expand CD’s private client customer base
• Help CD conduct its marketing efforts, refine its strategy, and position itself in the marketplace
• Assist CD in any and all conduct of its business (for example, create marketing materials, attend and assist at trade shows and private events, or whatever other need arises)
• Assist Concierge Diamonds in any and all conduct of its business

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (in degree or experience)
• Previous experience in high value sales.

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry materials, as well as industry standards and practices is desired but not required.

Compensation Range: $40,000 - $90,000 annual salary. Compensation commensurate with experience.
