Medical Front Office Coordinator – Full Time

Concierge Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery is a prestigious medical spa dedicated to providing top-tier aesthetic and medical-grade skincare services. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly talented and ambitious Medical Front Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Qualifications:

The Medical Front Office Coordinator reflects the mission and values of Concierge Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery, adheres to the Code of Ethics and complies with all policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must possess excellent time-management and task-management skills.
  • Must have a knowledge of sales and the aesthetic industry.
  • Must be able to function well in a fast-paced environment, kindly respond to patient and staff needs, and responsibly respond to all patients and potential leads in a timely manner.
  • Must have a strong sense of urgency.
  • Must be able to understand and demonstrate both luxury and quality service.
  • Minimum experience – 3 years.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle patient inquiries, assist with walk-in appointments, analyze, and respond to patient requests either in-person or by phone regarding basic aesthetic questions, aesthetic and plastic surgery services, scheduling, purchasing, patient accounts, requests for forms, brochures, booklets, and other documents.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent, high quality customer service to patients and staff.
  • When necessary, modify call processing to provide the highest level of service to all callers.
  • Manage patients and potential leads by quickly responding back to all inquiries within 2 hours.
  • Maintain current knowledge of products, services, company promotions, current events, and staffing.
  • Maintain efficient work progress that meets the service goals established by management and the executive team.
  • Document all patient information, communications, and sales in our system.
  • Receptionist duties as needed.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Compensation will be based on experience.
