Job Description:

We are looking for a punctual and welcoming Front Office Receptionist to join our fast growing company! The setting is front desk and the hours are 8am - 5pm Tuesday and Thursday located at our South Bend location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Front desk Tuesday and Thursday's 8am to 5pm
• Answering phones/emails
• Checking in new patients
• Filing
• Uploading Documents
• Scheduling new patients
• Checking paperwork for errors
• Handling medical records requests
• Creating spreadsheets/reports
• Handling co-pays

Requirements:

• Must be able to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
