Leads overall continuous improvement of Line Level metrics across multiple shifts. Develops line-level tactical gap-to-goal plans as well as mid-range strategic plans. Drives overall line performance though the implementation of continuous improvement processes and development of a zero loss culture. Leads team members to identify, manage, and execute the plants process improvement opportunities. Responsible for managing and owning various functions of the business and creating an engaged and team oriented work force in order to improve business results.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or 5-years manufacturing supervisory experience preferred.
TPM leadership experience a plus.
Food Manufacturing experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Demonstrated record for achieving results.
Requires competency in building effective teams, conflict management, drive for results, and motivating others.
Proven ability to train operators while instilling a continuous improvement mindset.
Focused Improvement experience desired.
AMD/Line Leadership experience a plus.
