Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Project Manager with EPC experience. As a Solar Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire lifecycle of solar projects, from initial development and design to construction and commissioning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. This role is located in Baltimore, MD.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Manager in the solar industry, specifically with EPC projects is required
• Know how to manage a workforce.
• Field experience required
• Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, including PV modules, inverters, and racking systems
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards, such as NEC and IEEE
• Proven track record of successfully managing solar projects from concept to completion
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• PMP certification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
