Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including employee evaluation, orientation, training development, and performance management. Duties:
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback
- Facilitate new employee orientation programs
- Develop and implement training programs
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate HR records
- Utilize HR systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, and iCIMS
- Assist in HR sourcing activities
- Manage conflicts and provide resolution
- Oversee performance management processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Familiarity with HR software and databases
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Certification in HR is a plus
