Job Title: Solar - Field Technician
Duration : Permanent and Fulltime
Location : Orlando, FL
Pay ranges: $55,000 to $60,000/year
Travel: Need to go to clients’ places for installation
Responsibilities
- For home energy storage sales orders, provide comprehensive customer technical support services throughout the customer's lifecycle.
- Pre-sales support, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance to customers before they place orders.
- Conduct telephone surveys, on-site surveys, training for installation partners, and installation guidance after customers place orders.
- Promptly resolve any issues that arise during the customer's operation.
Qualifications
- Major in power electronics, automation, or electronic engineering.
- Excellent communication skills. With a valid driver's license, and have driven over 60,000 kilometers.
- Familiarity with energy storage systems or electrical work, with over 3 years of relevant experience.
