Primary responsibilities will be managing the day to day operations of a physician owned OBGYN practice located in Columbus, GA.

Our practice utilizes Microsoft 365, Jive internet phone system and EPIC EMR to facilitate daily operations.

• Human Resources functions, including recruitment, reviews, terminations, scheduling, managing staff PTO, benefits and bi-weekly payroll submission.
• Managing patient schedules in electronic medical record, including keeping provider and staff templates up to date.
• Supply ordering, in conjunction with on site staff who will inventory weekly.
• Liaison with all vendors, pharmaceutical and medical device reps.
• Oversee task completion of all staff members, schedule availability, productivity of providers and staff.
• Provide weekly reports to Physician Owner on essential metrics.
• Facilitate daily and weekly huddles with staff.
• Joint supervision of staff of 10 - 15 employees and 3 Advanced Practice Providers, in conjunction with full time Clinical Supervisor.
• Other project based responsibilities as needed.

1 year of Practice Management experience required.

OBGYN experience preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
