Comprehensive Neurology Services, PA is Hiring a Practice Manager Near Frederick, MD
Responsibilities
⁃ IT works ( physical and remote)
⁃ Manage Phone tree System
⁃ Accounts receivable and payable ( Quickbooks)
⁃ Bi-Weekly doctors payable ( generating reports)
⁃ Schedule creation( communicating with CNS providers and Hospital stack holders, reflecting on Amion Software)
- Schedule implementation with no holes schedules for all providers
⁃ Productivity reports ( Creating quarterly and Yearly productivity reports, meeting with doctors)
⁃ Tenants ( Invoicing, Keeping balance checks, taking care of their issues)
⁃ EEG payrole ( Solving IT related problems, Communicating and Calculating hours, and Paying invoices)
⁃ repair works ( handling minor issues and calling vendors for major issues and maintenance)
⁃ HR contract works ( Assisting New Hires and exiting Employees and maintaining records)
⁃ daily basis inquires ( Misc)
- Monthly and quartely expense and revenue reports/ profit and loss with strategy to keep a stable positive direction
- New trnsformative ideas for taking practice into digital and efficient directions and impementation.
- Overseeing the CNS service lines like mental wellness/ TMS, EEG and sleep lab, procedures and Infustion center.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
