Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support. Duties: - Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette - Provide information about our services, facilities, and promotions - Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes - Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently - Maintain accurate guest records and files - Utilize computerized systems to make reservations, update guest information, and process payments - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence Skills: - Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members - Proficient in using computerized systems for reservations, payments, and record keeping - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience, professionalism, and empathy - Familiarity with phone systems and customer support best practices At our company, we value our employees' contributions and offer competitive pay rates.
