FULL TIME MEDICAL OFFICE RECEPTIONIST

We have a full-time MEDICAL FRONT OFFICE opportunity available for an experienced receptionist, unit clerk, or patient service representative. Are you looking to serve our patients on the phone and in person within a large-scale ophthalmic practice? Apply immediately to join our team as a MEDICAL FRONT OFFICE ASSOCIATE.
Eye Associates Northwest has five locations in the Seattle area. We are part of a large network of practices called Comprehensive EyeCare Partners. Check us out at www.comp-eyecare.com. Eye Associates Northwest is located in BALLARD, EDMONDS, FIRST HILL, KIRKLAND and NORTHGATE.
This is a TEAM role that will need your patience, high levels of communication and integrity
Our front office teams work to assist incoming patient visits and calls, collecting payments, and referring our patients to services with patience, positivity, and productivity.

Qualifications
A successful candidate for FRONT OFFICE MEDICAL ASSOCIATE has the following:
- A high school diploma, (some college is excellent!)
- A committed work history that shows longevity and growth
- Experience in a fast-paced OFFICE environment (healthcare or medical office preferred, but not required)
- Experience with insurance payments, appointment scheduling, referrals and patient intake preferred
- Familiarly with computer software and the ability to learn new systems quickly (Electronic health record experience preferred)
- Proven work history of EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE, including professional references and completion of a background check.
- The ability to obtain sufficient reference report on your skills and a sufficient background check
- An interest in self education and career growth. This is not a job; it is a healthcare career.
