The Intake Coordinator is the warm, welcoming heart that beats at the center of our
organization, ensuring that every family's journey begins with comfort and a comprehensive

Your mission? To make sure that every family seeking our services feels
welcomed and fully supported from inquiring to enrollment completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include, but are not limited to):
? Provide information to families inquiring about our services in a clear, friendly manner.
? Collect and process all prospective clients documents from lead generation to admission.
? Assist in coordination between various departments and provide updates on progress.
? Address any insurance related concerns.
? Understand the various insurances and be proactive in providing options.
? Maintain all prospective client charts in a neat and organized fashion.
? Review medical records and intake documents to establish appropriateness for services.
? Maintain confidential client records.
? Adhere to all company policies and procedures, uphold ethical and professional standards,
client confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and comply with all relevant local, state, and federal
laws regarding case management provision.
Qualifications: Previous experience in the intake field a plus; Documentation, organization and tracking
skills.
Supervision: Intake Coordinator directly reports to the Director of Marketing and Patient Advocacy.
Work Schedule: 36 hours per week, Monday-Thursday from 9:00-5:00 PM and Fridays from 9:00-1:00
PM.
Work Environment: Work will be performed mainly within an office setting, and includes travel to and
from the office.
Communication Skills: Strong written, oral, interpersonal skills, and an aptitude for following
directives.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to make determinations of best procedures and practices to attain goals of
the position.
Pay for this role is between $23-$28 depending on experience and credentials
