About This Job
As a Marketing Associate Intern for the Journey Team, you'll assist in automating multi-channel marketing communications that support cross-vertical business unit goals. This is a valuable opportunity to drive customer acquisition and customer retention efforts to make a quantifiable difference in Axos' growth while deepening your understanding of the requirements, development, and deployment of automated marketing communications. You will gain valuable cross-departmental collaboration skills and the ability to project manage other teams.

• Contribute to consumer marketing and transactional triggered customer communications journey documentation
• Track journey element (subject line, CTA, messaging, etc.) AB testing outcomes for future implementation suggestions
• Research additional channel touchpoint usage across all customer journeys
