All departments are responsible for preparing and fulfilling orders as necessary, helping in all areas of the department, maintaining a clean and functioning work area, and communicating diligently with coworkers and management.

Position : Customer Support Specialist

A Customer Support Specialist is responsible for addressing customer complaints, order redo’s and updates while providing exceptional service to store owners.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Utilize multiple systems and platforms to monitor and update orders
  • Communicate with store owners via email in a professional and knowledgeable manner
  • Respond to store owners and complete tasks within defined time frames
  • Assist other departments as needed

Required Skills / Abilities :

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Understanding of Microsoft office applications especially Word and Excel

Education and Experience :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in Ecommerce or customer service preferred

Physical Requirements :

  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time
  • Visual acuity to read and operate computers for extended periods
