Position : Customer Support Specialist
A Customer Support Specialist is responsible for addressing customer complaints, order redo’s and updates while providing exceptional service to store owners.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Utilize multiple systems and platforms to monitor and update orders
- Communicate with store owners via email in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- Respond to store owners and complete tasks within defined time frames
- Assist other departments as needed
Required Skills / Abilities :
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Understanding of Microsoft office applications especially Word and Excel
Education and Experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in Ecommerce or customer service preferred
Physical Requirements :
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time
- Visual acuity to read and operate computers for extended periods
