COMPLETE WOMEN CARE is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near Virginia, VA

We are looking for a motivated team member with exceptional multi-tasking ability who has primary interest in working in the administrative functions of our medical practice. The applicant must be an independent thinker with a minimum of one-year medical office experience (OB/GYN preferred).
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct patients to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
Skills:
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Computer experience in a medical office a plus.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
