Medical Receptionist

Duties:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out process
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails
- Confirm appointments

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical terminology, and/or aesthetic procedures and procedures is a plus

Great work environment in our new office. Days/Hours are Tuesday 9-7 Wed 9-5 Thursday 9-5. Located in Towne Center.

This is an important role in our medical facility as the Medical Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients. We are looking for someone who is professional, compassionate, and has excellent customer service skills. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping others, we would love to hear from you.

Prior experience with verfifications, eligibilty and pre-authorizations a plus.

Familiar with posting ads on Social Media a plus!

Must have a friendly, warm and bubbly personality!! Prior Aesthetics, Plastic surgery or Medspa experience a plus!
