COMPLETE MOBILE DENTISTRY INC is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Milton, WI

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our client's team in Milton, WI. As a dental assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and comfort of patients while supporting dentists in delivering exceptional care. We are looking for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients to the dental office and ensure their comfort
  • Prepare patients for treatments or checkups
  • Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed for procedures
  • Sterilize instruments according to regulations
  • Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
  • Undertake lab tasks as instructed
  • Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions to patients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental room
  • Schedule appointments and assist with payment procedures
  • Maintain accurate patient records

Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant
  • Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
  • Understanding of health & safety regulations
  • Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks like coronal polishing is a plus
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Well-organized and reliable
  • High school diploma; graduation from dental assistant school is preferred
  • Additional certification or training (e.g., EFDA) is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
