Thrift City Hialeah in Flamingo Plaza is looking for a motivated and energetic Store Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9AM to 7PM and Sunday, 11AM to 5PM. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership for staff in all departments
- Payroll Management and Scheduling
- Opening and/or closing store
- Training and oversight of sales floor
- Provide excellent customer service
- Resolve customer complaints
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule (regular schedule 8-5 Mon-Fri excluding sale days)
- Working experience in management a must
- Basic POS knowledge
- Strong communication and time management skills
- 18 years of age & older
- Bilingual a plus
