Now Hiring:

Full-time: (HR) Human Resources Director

Responsibilities of a (HR) Human Resources Director:

  • Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed.

  • Coordinating interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team.

  • Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations.

  • Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed.

  • Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications of a (HR) Human Resources Director:

  • Must be vaccinated/willing to vaccinate or have medical/religious exemptions.

  • Two years of long term care experience as a (HR) Human Resources Director is preferred.

License:

  • Degree in Human Resources preferred, not required.
