ABOUT US: Compleat KiDZ is the largest and fastest growing multi-disciplinary rehabilitation treatment organization in North Carolina. What sets us apart is our ability to provide all pediatric services under one roof and our team approach to patient care. We provide Occupational, Physical, Speech Therapy services to children birth to 18 years of age in our 14 clinics.

JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and growth-minded Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with pediatric experience; enjoys the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of children; creative in educating the children’s guardian/family.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Complete evaluation, treatment, consultation, and discharge planning for children in an outpatient clinic • Documentation in EMR • Detailed and thorough communication with child’s healthcare providers through progress reports, phone calls, or other forms of communication • Assess and make recommendations regarding appropriate assistive technology/adaptive equipment as needed • Help develop new programs and/or services • Participate in training and staff meetings • All other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university • Active North Carolina Licensure in SLP and ASHA certification • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with the pediatric population as an Speech Language Pathologist preferably in an outpatient clinic setting • Accuracy and efficiency with documentation CFs are welcome to apply!
