Job Description:

As a Backend Developer at Kure, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust web-based and API applications. With your wealth of experience, you will lead, deliver, and evolve large technical projects with a keen focus on results. Your expertise in PHP and Node.js will be instrumental in troubleshooting and resolving any issues, ensuring the seamless operation of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web-based and API applications, leveraging your extensive experience.
Lead, deliver, and evolve large technical projects, consistently achieving desired results.
Troubleshoot and fix issues related to PHP and Node.js programs, maintaining high performance.
Demonstrate exceptional communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Mentor and teach engineers, fostering their technical and non-technical growth and development.
Apply your expertise in agile software development methodologies to drive project success.
Work on RESTful and GraphQL services, ensuring their efficiency and reliability.
Utilize multiple major SQL and NoSQL database systems, optimizing data management.
Develop within Linux, Unix, or MacOS environments, adhering to best practices.
Instrument Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for web, mobile, and APIs.
Perform integration, security, performance, and chaos testing to enhance system robustness.
Automate infrastructure deployment for AWS, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Leverage PHP MVC frameworks such as Laravel and Lumen for application development.

Refactor, optimize, and improve existing codebases to facilitate maintenance and scalability.

Apply your strong knowledge of PHP coding and web-based applications in development.

Hands-on experience with Node.js and ArangoDB, contributing to project success.

Expertise in GIT/SVN version control systems to manage codebase efficiently.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 7 years of professional work experience in Backend Development.

Proven track record in building web-based and API applications.

Strong leadership skills with a history of successfully delivering technical projects.

Exceptional troubleshooting and issue resolution capabilities in PHP and Node.js.

Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Dedication to teaching and mentoring engineers for both technical and non-technical growth.

Expertise in agile software development methodologies.

Proficiency in working with RESTful and GraphQL services.

Deep understanding of multiple major SQL and NoSQL database systems.

Extensive experience in development on Linux, Unix, or MacOS environments.
