ABOUT US: Compleat KiDZ is the largest and fastest growing multi-disciplinary rehabilitation treatment organization in North Carolina. What sets us apart is our ability to provide all pediatric services under one roof and our team approach to patient care. We provide Occupational, Physical, Speech Therapy services to children birth to 18 years of age in our 14 clinics.

JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and growth-minded Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with pediatric experience; enjoys the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of children; creative in educating the children’s guardian/family.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Complete treatment, progress summary, and discharge planning for children in an outpatient clinic under the guidance of our OTs • Documentation in EMR • Detailed and thorough communication with child’s healthcare providers through progress reports, phone calls, or other forms of communication • Help develop new programs and/or services • Participate in training and staff meetings • All other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, graduated from an accredited college or university • Active North Carolina Licensure in good standing • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with the pediatric population as an COTA preferably in an outpatient clinic setting • Accuracy and efficiency with documentation
