Compex Legal Services is looking to hire a full-time Case Manager. This key position reports to the Director of Records and will help with providing a full range of administrative support and more!

This position will help us with:
SUMMARY
Provides a full range of administrative support to a large majority of clients (Legal Assistants, Paralegals, and Attorneys).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Employees must spend over 50% of their time on these duties.
1. Ensures work product requested by clients is correct and turned around to clients in an expeditious manner.
2. Manages/oversees activities of Case Assistant and trains, when necessary, ensuring calls are no later than 72 hours behind.
3. Confirms receipt of new orders; complete reservations, type in orders, prepares of subpoena packet.
4. Effectively manages between 200-350 (DWQ) total orders; 450-500 (PPP).
5. Checks in records within four hours of receipt; same day for rushes, less than one hour from receipt when necessary.
6. Prepares Waiver Notice Packets and Custodian Communications.
7. Confirms pre-pays are within limitations and regulations, communicate with clients as necessary.
8. Waivers calls to opposing counsel, remembering these could be potential clients in the future.
What you should have:
· High school diploma, college degree preferred but not necessary.
· Some legal background is preferred, but not required.
· A can-do attitude
· Proven track record of coming up with out-of-the-box solutions
