Description

As the Discipleship Director, you are in charge and fully responsible to ensure that the department you are leading is healthy and growing. 

Leading teams of leaders and team members, insuring that the Discipleship Department is moving forward, supporting the growth and spiritual health of the church. The Discipleship Department consists of these four ministries: Care, Prayer, c-Groups and Outreach. The Discipleship Director is responsible to oversee, develop, train and mentor team coordinators, team leaders and team members of those four ministries within the Discipleship Department. 

The director will attend a monthly coaching session with the Discipleship Regional Coach and other regional Discipleship Directors who will help mentor, equip, and resource you to lead your ministry to the best of your ability.

Attend staff and leadership meetings for development given by the Executive Pastor and/or Lead Pastor. Communicate clearly vision and goals for your department and the campus as a whole.
