Job Summary
Job Summary:
As the Sr. Premium Manager, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for our Premium Department. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operation of the Premium Department in accordance with the approved budget while providing the Client with the maximum value for the dollars spent
- Ensures that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality
- Maintains excellent relationships with employees, guests and Client as well as other departments within the operation
- Ensures show quality standards are maintained at all times
- Ensures all catering services exceed guest expectations
- Displays a positive attitude towards team members
- Other duties, as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred
- Four years of fine dining restaurant/catering management experience is required
- Comprehensive food and wine knowledge.
- Requires operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
- Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
- Excellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS Office products
- ServSafe Certified preferred
