Compass has a Great Opportunity for a full-time role in its Charlotte, NC office for a Labor Relations Coordinator. This hybrid (in-office/remote) position in our Labor Relations organization provides support for the department across the country, exercising initiative and judgment while working under minimal direction. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit allowing them to proactively manage tasks and priorities on behalf of the team and in support of the department’s vision, mission, values, and key priorities.
