We are a busy AAHA accredited practice in Salem, Oregon, looking to add another team member. We have a fun and relaxed, yet professional work atmosphere. You should have excellent customer service and communication skills, be able to multi-task well, alphabetize, thrive in a fast-paced environment and and be a great team player. You should be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google docs, email, and fax machine.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Customer service, filing, processing records requests, taking messages, emails, stocking office supplies, cleaning & organizing. rotating stock, inventory counts, correspondence, and assisting receptionist and practice manager with other tasks as needed.
This is an entry-level position with the goal of working towards a receptionist role. We would ideally like to find a candidate that is an ambitious learner looking for a long-term position with a solid "work family".
Preference given to bilingual (spanish) applicants and those available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
