Duties & Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome clients

• Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor to help clients feel at ease.

• Assist clients with scheduling and maintaining their appointments

• Manage administrative paperwork related to client intake, insurance, and other clinical documentation

• Provide immediate assistance to clients in crisis by following established agency protocols

• Answer phone calls, emails and facilitate communication between front office and clinical staff.

• Address general inquiries and provide basic information about the agency's services.

• Support staff with referrals to agency partners or higher level of care

• Support client with resources including housing, community, food, etc.

• Complete collaborative documentation and assist with record keeping

• Assist with facility maintenance including mail, office supplies, and coordinating inspections

• Complete accurate data entry and generate reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree

• Must have at least 2 years of experience supporting a behavioral health or medical office and/or providing case management.

• Knowledge of DC housing resources strongly preferred.

• Must be computer proficient

Salary: Negotiable
