Job Description

Summary:

The Supervisor for the High Fidelity WRAParound School-based Program will supervise a team of coordinators who work to improve the outcomes for high-risk youth and their families in school settings. The supervisor will direct staff in the utilization of a team-based, strength-based care approach to service planning and provide coverage among caseloads of Care Coordinators. Supervisor will compile monthly data reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Support, train and supervise the Care Coordinators
  • Participate in Child and Family Team meetings when needed
  • Participates in training efforts funded by DBH that support WRAP and their roles as supervisors
  • Maintain data information needed for monthly and annual reports
  • Follow MBI policies and procedures to ensure quality care
  • Assisting School based WRAP Care Coordinator in coordinating care for children and their families.
  • Providing an effective communication link between children, families, school representatives and WRAP Team.
  • Collecting information about clients through interviews, tests and evaluation of day-to-day functioning within work, family and other routines; identifying areas needing continued support, resources and treatment in order to assist clients.
  • Working with various agencies and schools provided partners to engage clients in successful development and implementation of treatment plans.
  • Providing education, support and consultation to clients’ families and support system, as appropriate; Assist and support clients in crisis situations.
  • Document timely all services in case notes including writing, inputting reporting all correspondence into CREDIBLE and staff supervision.
  • Attending and participating in school intervention and staff meetings.
  • Providing advocacy and support for clients as they navigate social, governmental, and community systems.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of records relating to clients’ treatment.
  • All this must be accomplished and provided in compliance with the District of Columbia’s Mental Health Standards and regulations of MBI Health Services, LLC. And all Federal, State and local laws applicable to this agreement
  • Attends all required trainings and mandatory meetings
  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree required Master’s degree, social work, psychology, or other related profession
  • Two years of supervisory experience and five years of experiences in case management
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
