We are looking for a motivated, organized, and talented Community Liaison to join our team, focusing on developing relationships with key referral sources within their respective community to increase growth and revenue. Also, pursues relationships with potential new partners and identifies business opportunities to upsell services / products to current and new businesses. Job Purpose:

Responsible to identify, develop, and close sales / partnership opportunities within the community in the field of virtual health, expanding the footprint of the company at the local level.
Responsibilities:

  • Creates penetration strategies to identify and qualify prospective participatory partners as an individual contributor; collaborates with Community Wellness' Sales leadership team to plan and execute a strategy to achieve targeted growth objectives.
  • Utilizes an analytical approach to evaluate potential targets; develops a customer pipeline process to drive new customer development locally.
  • Maintains regular contact with area/local decision makers, utilizing on-site sales visits for targeted prospects.
  • Develops trust and maintains relationships with organizational leaders, key stakeholders, and COIs; partners with customers to offer solutions that enhance their services, health outcomes for patients and operational performance.
  • Initiates discovery conversations and delivers compelling solutions to decision makers and influencers.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds the quarterly/annual targets.
  • Works closely with Client Services counterparts, assuming responsibility for the customer relationship during the sales cycle; stays in touch with clients to ensure success of the ongoing relationship.
  • Responds promptly to customer inquiries and/or supervisor requests; communicates customer feedback to company leadership to improve services offered.
  • Utilizes a combination of tactics to promote awareness of our services, driving market penetration; maintains a keen insight of competitive forces.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Here are our MUST HAVES:

Required Education, Experience, Certifications / Licensure, & Skills:

  • Associate degree in Business Development, Healthcare, or Nursing from a two-year college or technical school and three or more years related experience OR the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least three or more years of previous experience working in a hospital/health system sales / liaison capacity
  • Experienced in patient education
  • Understands the purpose, operation, and utilization of selected virtual monitoring devices
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A planner with capable organization and prioritization skills
  • Able to work well independently and within a team setting
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • A caring and empathetic personality
  • Easily facilitates the exchange of information
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Faster learner with the desire for advanced training
  • Bilingual required in some markets

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Bilingual (in desired respective language) in geographic areas where there are significant populations of non English speaking individuals

Requirements:

Job Type (FLSA Status): Salary Exempt
Pay: $84,999.00 to $85,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate: Frequent travel within local community
Work Location: In-person
