Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our company, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Proficient in data entry and computer literacy, including knowledge of Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist, real estate administrative assistant, or medical receptionist is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.
