About Us: SSVF is a rapid rehousing program funded by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Supportive Service for Veteran Families (SSVF) grant. Formerly known as BRRX4VETS, SSVF uses the Housing First model to provide temporary intervention and short-term assistance to very low-income veteran families who are homeless or facing eviction.
Our Housing Case Managers play a critical role by working with veterans and their families to obtain services and resources to assist with housing stabilization by offering support in obtaining permanent and affordable housing. This includes providing comprehensive care and support to participants, including needs assessments, monitoring, providing case management for each participant, and continually advocating with other service providers.
