Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the lead teacher to support the educational and developmental needs of our students. This is a paid position.

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Support students in their learning journey, offering guidance and encouragement
- Assist with classroom management, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Help supervise students during recess, lunchtime, and other activities
- Assist with student assessments and record-keeping
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to create a safe and engaging learning environment
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving, preschool, infant care, nannying, or related fields is preferred
- Experience working with students or children is highly desirable
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques is an asset
- Knowledge of first aid procedures is beneficial

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Patience and empathy when working with students who may have different learning needs or abilities
- Ability to assist in educating students in various subjects and areas of development
- Excellent organizational skills to assist with classroom management and record-keeping
- Ability to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for students
