The Hire is Hiring a Community Resource Representative Near Providence, RI
The Hire is partnering with a leading Nonprofit Organization to provide community resource support across Rhode Island. As a Community Resource Representative,you will provide updates and information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our callers might face with accuracy and efficiency. Duties:
Primary work to answer incoming telephone calls and provide technical support
Triage and intake incoming calls
Assign calls to colleagues based on the needs/requests presented
Bilingual translation if applicable
Record all incoming calls in ServicePoint
Mail out information based on consumer request
Other duties as tasks come up
Required Skills: - Ability to collaborate with customers, borrowers, and title insurance underwriters to resolve issues. - High ethical standards. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Proficient problem-solving abilities. - Demonstrated sound judgment, professionalism, self-confidence, and self-motivation. - Capacity to maintain focus and accuracy while meeting daily task and process deadlines. - Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks throughout the workday.
