Responsibilities

We are looking for a Manager to join our rapidly growing Emergency Department (ED) team! Our recently expanded and redesigned ED includes 12 new beds, a new rapid assessment and special care unit, a red zone and an expanded and centralized imaging department near the ED. Operating this 70 bed department, your team will care for patients ranging from moderate to high acuity.

Qualifications

Education• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required• Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR other healthcare related Bachelor’s Degree preferred Experience• Demonstrated expertise in Emergency Department and leadership ability required• 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required (preferably in Emergency)• Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required (preferably in Emergency) Licenses and Certifications• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
