Responsibilities

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for managing assigned inventories through daily, weekly, monthly and annual physical counts, replenishment sourcing and seeking alternative sourcing for supplies when needed. Monitors supply usage in perpetual and expensed locations, adjust par levels, and removes and disposes obsolete or outdated products. This includes all patient care and procedural departments within the organization. Organizes and leads stockroom teams in conducting periodic inventory counts, adjustments quantities and locations and reports discrepancies to leadership.

Qualifications

Education• High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) or Completion of a CMC Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Finance or Logistics/Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience• 2 years of inventory experience in healthcare, manufacturing or retail required• Experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting preferred

Licenses and Certifications• DL - Valid California Driver's License and driving record acceptable to Community Medical Centers required• CMRP - Certified Materials Resource Professional preferred
