Oklahoma Technical College is seeking a professional to provide front desk customer service and administrative support as a Customer Relations Specialist (CRS)! The CRS will be the first point of contact for the public, on the phone and in person, creating an environment of excellence in customer service. Applicant must be extremely welcoming and friendly in daily interactions with students (customers), guests, employees, and vendors, ensuring that high-quality standards and corporate values are portrayed on behalf of the College. Ability to answer multi-line phones, proficiency in computer skills, and a professionalism are required. Will assist the Campus Director and other departments daily with administrative tasks. Must have a minimum of two years in customer service, front desk experience preferred. An associate degree from an accredited institution is preferred. Full-time with great benefits. Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:30pm, and Friday 8am - 3:00pm.
