R10043760 SA Customer Master Data Associate Specialist (Open) Location: Tulsa, OK - W. 7th St. - ManagementGermantown, WI (LLC Support) - Management, Largo, FL (Retail Solutions) - Management How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The primary function of this position is the creation and management of customer relevant data within the SAP environment. This includes the setup and closure of customer accounts, managing customer account partnerships within and across Airgas sales organizations, processing change requests relative to existing accounts along with administration of customer specific pricing. The associate may be involved in any of the following areas outlined below. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Process requests for either the creation of new customer accounts and/or editing of existing accounts within SAP Ensure requests to create new accounts do not result in duplicate accounts, partnership functions make sense, and otherwise ensure customer will be invoiced correctly once account is active. Create and/or make changes to customer accounts and partnerships within SAP following standard operating procedures and guidelines. Identification and correction of problematic customer partnerships that make customer account maintenance unnecessarily difficult. Process price change requests as submitted by our internal customers. Perform post load price audits to ensure accuracy of data entered. Research and resolve customer pricing disputes and process any required customer credit or debit memos. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with our internal customers. Act as backup to assigned partner. Other duties as assigned. ________________________ Are you a MATCH? High school diploma required, Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred Two years of relevant work experience preferred Ability to problem solve and multitask Attention to detail along with strong research and retention skills required Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize tasks and multiple projects to ensure all work is completed accurately and timely Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively Solid verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to a fast paced and evolving environment Prior data management & systems data entry preferred Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
